7. Shipping Policy
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control. Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. Cici’s Closet is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. For delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly. If additional assistance is needed, contact us at contactciciscloset@gmail.com . Shipping fees are non-refundable.
8. Returns, Exchanges & Defects
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If you believe you have received a manufacturing defect on a full-priced item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at contactciciscloset@gmail.com , including photos of the issue.
Approved defect returns must meet the following conditions:
-Item is unworn and unwashed.
-Item is returned in original clear plastic packaging.
A return shipping label will be provided, and items must be shipped back within 5 business days of approval. Upon inspection, a replacement will be sent if available. If no replacement is available, store credit will be issued. Items not returned within the required timeframe will no longer be eligible.
This policy applies to exchanges as well. We encourage customers to reference sizing charts or contact us prior to purchase.
9. Preorder Policy Preorder items are final sale. Estimated arrival dates are provided as guidelines and may change due to production or shipping delays beyond our control. If an order includes both preorder and ready-to-ship items, all items will ship together unless otherwise stated. We appreciate your patience and will communicate updates as they become available.
