  At Cici’s Closet, each piece is thoughtfully curated and prepared with care. Because of the nature of our collections, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds. 

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If you believe you have received a manufacturing defect on a full-priced item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at contactciciscloset@gmail.com , including photos of the issue.

Approved defect returns must meet the following conditions:
 
-Item is unworn and unwashed.
-Item is returned in original clear plastic packaging. 

A return shipping label will be provided, and items must be shipped back within 5 business days of approval. Upon inspection, a replacement will be sent if available. If no replacement is available, store credit will be issued. Items not returned within the required timeframe will no longer be eligible.

Size exchanges may be considered at the sole discretion of the business and are handled on a case-by-case basis, only if the requested size is available in stock. Approval of an exchange is not guaranteed. All return shipping costs and the cost to ship the replacement item will be the responsibility of the customer.
